PDF Data Entry work

I have a collection of PDFs that contain only text, and I need every word transferred into an editable digital format with zero loss of accuracy. The job is straightforward but demands close attention to detail: copy the text exactly as it appears—preserving capitalization, punctuation, and line breaks—while eliminating any typos that might slip in during re-keying.

You may use whatever workflow you’re comfortable with (manual typing, OCR plus proofreading, Adobe Acrobat, or a mix of MS Word and Excel for staging) as long as the final copy is 100 % faithful to the source. Let me know which toolset you prefer; I’m flexible on that front.

Turnaround and volume will be shared once we connect, but expect a moderate batch to start, with more to follow if things go smoothly. When you deliver, I’ll run a side-by-side spot check against the PDFs, so please factor accuracy into your timeline estimate.
