I need text lifted out of several PDF documents and pasted into a new file while following a very specific styling guide. The job is pure copy-paste—no rewriting or data entry from scratch—yet every heading, sub-heading, bullet, font size, and spacing must match the template I’ll provide.
You’ll receive:
• A folder of the source PDFs
• A sample file that shows the exact layout, font family, and hierarchy I expect
Your deliverable is a single, fully formatted document (Word or Google Docs—whichever you prefer) that reproduces the PDF content verbatim and mirrors my template down to the smallest detail. I’ll review by comparing side-by-side; any deviation in wording or styling will need correction before sign-off.
Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, MS Word styles, or Google Docs formatting shortcuts will make the process faster. Turnaround is important to me, so let me know how quickly you can finish once you’ve seen the page count.
