PDF Content Rephrasing

I have a PDF that needs a fresh, more polished voice. The core information stays, but several sections—roughly a third of the document—should be rephrased for clarity and style. Think of it as a moderate refresh rather than a full rewrite: tighten the flow, improve readability, and eliminate any clunky wording without altering meaning or layout.

You may choose your preferred workflow (Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or exporting to Word and back), as long as the final result is returned to me in the exact same PDF format and pagination. Track-change equivalents or side-by-side comparisons are appreciated so I can quickly review what’s been updated.

Deliverables:
• Rephrased PDF, identical in structure to the original
• Marked-up version (comments or highlights) showing every change

Once I receive and approve the revised copy, the project is complete. If you have questions about tone or terminology, just let me know before diving in.
