PDF Commenting & Annotation Support
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I have a collection of PDF files that need to be reviewed and clearly commented. Your role will focus exclusively on editing and annotation—specifically adding concise, well-placed comments or notes throughout each document so that readers can follow my internal observations without altering the underlying text.
Here is what I’m looking for:
• Precise in-context notes using a reliable PDF editor such as Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, or a tool of similar capability.
• Consistent formatting of comments (same font size, color, and positioning).
• Final PDFs returned with all annotations embedded and a brief changelog summarising the pages you touched.
Turnaround time and accuracy are more important than volume; I’d rather get a smaller batch done perfectly than rush through the entire folder. If you have a workflow for batch processing or version control, let me know—otherwise a straightforward manual pass is fine.
Send a short sample of an annotated PDF you’ve done before, or annotate one page from any public document to show your style, and include your estimated timeline per 50 pages. I’ll share the first set of files once we confirm fit.
