PDF Blotch Removal & Text Enhancement

I have a text-based PDF that’s marred by blotches and light smudges. I need those imperfections removed while subtly improving overall text clarity and legibility—no redesigns, just a tidy, professional-looking document that reads crisply.

Scope
• Clean every page of visible blotches, stains, and stray marks.
• Preserve the existing fonts, layout, pagination, headers, and footers exactly as they are.
• Gently sharpen or darken faded characters so the text appears consistent from page to page.
• Keep file size and resolution comparable to the original.

Deliverables
1. Restored PDF, same page count and dimensions as the source.
2. Side-by-side before/after sample (one or two pages) so I can verify quality before finalizing.
3. Optional: an OCR layer if your workflow already includes it.

Tools such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, or specialized PDF restoration utilities are welcome—use whatever achieves the cleanest result without introducing artifacts.
