PDF Annotation and PNG-to-PDF Conversion

Add Site Markings to PDF Map + Convert PNG Floor Plan to PDF


Project Overview
I require a freelancer to complete a small document editing task involving PDF annotation and file conversion.

Task 1 – Annotate Site Location on PDF

Using the MS Word document “Site Location – Adjoining Site” as a reference, edit the PDF file “34 ENNISKILLEN ROAD BALLINAMALLARD” and add the following:

1. A red square identifying the Proposed Building Site

2. A blue square identifying the Adjoining Land

3. Mark and clearly show the 2 existing site entrances

4. Add the 3 text boxes shown in the reference Word document

The layout and placement should match the guidance shown in the Word document as closely as possible.

Task 2 – Convert Image File

Convert the attached PNG file “Possible Site Layout – Floor Plan (Colour)” to a PDF file.

Requirements:

The PDF should retain the same file name (except for the extension change to .pdf)

Maintain the same image quality and orientation

Deliverables

Edited PDF: 34 ENNISKILLEN ROAD BALLINAMALLARD (annotated)

Converted file: Possible Site Layout – Floor Plan (Colour).pdf

This is a small and straightforward task. All reference files are provided.
