Ongoing PDF Text Editing

Each week I work with batches of PDFs that need precise wording changes while keeping every font, size, colour and alignment exactly as the original. The job is strictly text-focused: no image tweaks, no new forms—just clean replacement of words or entire passages and the occasional style correction so paragraphs stay consistent with the existing design.

You’ll receive the source PDF along with a marked-up copy that shows what must change. After you apply the edits in Adobe Acrobat Pro, InDesign, or another professional-grade tool, I need the final PDF returned looking indistinguishable from the original except for the updated text.

Deliverables for each file
• Final print-ready PDF with text replaced and formatted, original styling fully preserved
• A quick summary log listing every change for my records
