Ongoing PDF Content Updates

I release product sheets, brochures, and spec docs that need regular text revisions—mostly swapping in new product details—without touching the layout or imagery. I will send you a marked-up change log (page and line reference, old vs. new copy), and you’ll open the existing PDF, update the text layer, keep fonts and spacing consistent, run a quick spell-check, and return two files: an editable PDF and a press-ready flattened version with embedded fonts.

Turnaround is usually a few days, occasionally faster when a product launch is near. Expect batches of five to ten documents at a time. Accuracy is critical; one incorrect spec can derail an entire print run.

Acceptance criteria
• Every requested product-detail edit applied exactly as supplied
• Layout, typography, and graphics remain unaffected
• Final PDF passes Acrobat preflight with zero font or embedding warnings

In your proposal, tell me which tools you use (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Pro, InDesign + PDF edit plug-ins, or another editor) and show a before-and-after example of similar text-only PDF updates. Let me know your timezone and typical turnaround for a five-page doc so I can plan the workflow.
