Ongoing Minor PDF Editing

Each month I’ll send over a small batch of PDFs that need quick tweaks—usually swapping or correcting text and refreshing a few images. I’ll always include the original text in Word or plain-text format along with any replacement graphics, so you can drop them straight in without hunting for assets.

Turnaround within two business days keeps my workflow on track, and consistency is key; fonts, colours, and image resolution must match the existing document style. Typical tools on my side are Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator, but feel free to use InDesign, Affinity or other professional PDF editors as long as the final files stay perfectly intact across platforms.

Deliverables each cycle:
• Updated, print-ready PDF (same dimensions and settings as the original)
• Working file with your edits preserved (AI, INDD, or layered PDF)
