Multilingual Presentation Translation & Formatting

I have a 12-page presentation in PDF format that blends text with images, captions, and a few graphic call-outs. I need it translated into Chinese, Spanish, and French while keeping every element—layout, fonts, image placement, and pagination—identical to the original.

Your task includes:
• Extracting the content accurately from the PDF
• Translating all on-slide text, alt-text, and any embedded graphic text into the three target languages
• Re-inserting the translations so each finished file mirrors the source design pixel-for-pixel

Please deliver three print-ready PDFs (one per language) plus the editable working files you use, ensuring nothing shifts or distorts. Familiarity with PDF editing suites such as Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or comparable tools is essential so the final versions remain fully selectable and high-resolution.
