Migrate PDFs into Editable Word

All of my content currently lives in PDF files, and I need every page recreated as an editable, fully-formatted Word document. The material is strictly text-based—no images or embedded videos—so the focus is on accuracy, layout preservation, and clean styling that matches the source.

The work involves:
• Converting each PDF into a Word document (.docx) while keeping headings, paragraphs, tables, footnotes, and any special characters intact.
• Checking that line breaks, margins, and overall flow mirror the original so the files are ready for immediate editing.
• Flagging illegible or scanned pages that might require OCR and confirming with me before proceeding.

Deliverables
1. A folder of Word files corresponding one-to-one with the supplied PDFs.
2. A brief conversion log noting any pages that required manual touch-ups or OCR.

Acceptance criteria
• Visual comparison shows no missing text or formatting discrepancies.
• Word documents open without style or compatibility warnings in the latest Microsoft Word.
• File names match the original PDFs.
