I have a stack of printed documents that must be typed accurately into an Excel spreadsheet, keeping the original formatting for dates, currency and text fields. Every page needs to be transcribed line by line—no copy-paste tools are possible here—so attention to detail is essential.

Once the data is in Excel I’ll need it saved both as the working .xlsx file and as a clean, well-formatted PDF for quick sharing with colleagues. If you have experience with Microsoft Excel functions for basic layout (column sizing, simple borders, page setup) and are comfortable exporting through Adobe Acrobat or an equivalent PDF maker, you’ll be a great fit.
