Make Soft copy for books (For Egyptian based Freelancers only)

I would like to hire someone to buy and scan specific books and provide them in PDF format. I need these books as I am not able to buy them from their country of origin (Egypt).
What is required:
1) buy a specific book
2) Make a clear and professional scan of the book
3) Send it to me by sharing it online.
