Kindle & Etsy Book Formatting

I have a small manuscript sitting in a Word document and I’m ready to turn it into two polished products: a Kindle-ready file for KDP and a printable download for my Etsy shop. I’ll share my own page design ideas—fonts, colour scheme, and a rough layout sketch—so you can translate them into a clean, professional interior.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Re-format the Word manuscript into an EPUB that passes Kindle Previewer, with a clickable table of contents, correctly styled headings, embedded fonts where allowed, and all required metadata.
• Create a high-resolution, print-ready PDF sized to my chosen trim (I’ll confirm dimensions) for Etsy buyers, complete with consistent margins, bleed settings, and page numbers.
• Apply both layout and design enhancements while respecting the visual direction I provide.
• Run a quick quality check to ensure the files upload without errors on both platforms and look great on common devices and print previews.

If you have experience with Kindle Create, InDesign, Vellum, or similar tools, that’s a plus—just let me know. Once we’re done, I’d like the final EPUB, the print-ready PDF, and the packaged source files so I can make minor tweaks in the future.
