I have a Word document ready and need it transformed into a clean, fill-able PDF that behaves perfectly on both iMac and iPad. Every field must be tabbable in a logical order so the form can be completed quickly with a keyboard.
Required fields: standard text inputs, checkboxes, and a dropdown date picker. I don’t need any special formatting tricks, JavaScript, or calculations—just solid, reliable basics that render correctly in Preview, Adobe Acrobat, and common iPad PDF apps.
Deliverables
• One polished PDF with all fields functioning and tab order verified on macOS and iPadOS
• Any editable source file you use (e.g., Acrobat or InDesign) so I can make future tweaks
