Interactive PDF Form Upgrades
Budget: $80 – $120 AUD
Description:
I have a multi-page interactive PDF form built in Adobe Acrobat that customers use to select the materials they need. At the moment, the form shows all pages/sections regardless of whether they’re filled in, which makes printing/exporting messy and too long for the customer.
I need a professional who can update the PDF so that:
A clean “Order Summary” page is automatically generated at the end of the form.
The summary page should only display the fields/items that the customer has actually filled out.
The summary page should be neat, easy to read, and suitable for printing as the final “Order Sheet.”
Ideally, the summary updates live as the customer fills in the form.
Bonus (if possible): A custom “Print Order” button that prints just the summary page.
Deliverables:
Modified Acrobat PDF form with the automated summary page.
Instructions on how to maintain/edit the summary page if I need to add more fields later.
Skills Required:
Adobe Acrobat Pro (forms and JavaScript)
PDF form design & scripting
Experience creating dynamic or conditional PDF forms
