Interactive PDF Form Conversion

I have two existing Word templates that I need turned into clean, professional-looking fillable PDFs. The finished PDFs must keep the exact layout and branding of the originals while allowing users to type directly into only the fields I highlight for you—everything else should stay locked.
Key requirements
• Convert both Word files to PDF without altering formatting.
• Add text-enabled fields only where I indicate (I will mark them in the Word documents before sending).
• All date fields should pre-populate with today’s date automatically yet still be editable in case the user needs to change them.
• The rest of the document must remain static and uneditable.
Deliverable
Two fully tested, fillable PDFs ready for everyday use, created with Adobe Acrobat (or an equivalent professional tool) and returned to me within an agreed timeframe.
