Interactive Order Workflow PDF

I have a competitor’s order-processing PDF that already does exactly what we want; my goal is to recreate that experience under our own branding. The finished file must open perfectly in both Adobe Acrobat Reader and Acrobat Pro, allow users to type directly into clearly labelled form fields, choose options from drop-down menus, and trigger quick actions through on-screen buttons (think Submit, Clear, Print).

Content & layout
• Keep every section the competitor’s version includes, but replace their branding with our logo, colour palette, and fonts.
• Two core areas are mandatory: Customer Information and Pricing Details. If a supporting field is missing from their template, replicate its logic so our staff won’t notice any workflow change.

Functionality expectations
• All fields fully interactive, tab-ordered, and locked against accidental layout edits.
• Buttons wired up inside Acrobat—no external scripts—so everything works offline.
• Compatible with the current Acrobat Reader desktop release.

Deliverables
1. Final interactive PDF, ready to distribute.
2. Source file (Adobe InDesign or Acrobat form file) so we can tweak text later.
3. A quick test sheet confirming that every field, drop-down, and button behaves as intended on Windows and macOS.
