Interactive Mortgage Checklist Template

I’m ready to streamline how my loan processors track each file and need an expert who can turn my rough outline into a polished, fill-able workflow that lives both in Google Docs and as an editable PDF.

Scope of work
• Build a Google Docs master template that breaks the process into four clear sections—File Set-Up/Application, Active File Processing Duties, Approval Conditions/Closing, and Funding/Fulfillment.
• Within each section, lock in dozens of static labels I will supply (for example, “Name/Phone/Email of Realtor,” “Loan Amount,” and other contacts or duties) while leaving the space beside each label fully editable.
• Convert the finished document into a fillable PDF that keeps those fixed labels intact but lets the processor type directly into the form fields.
• Ensure I can easily copy the file, paste previous entries, and revise the editable areas as new duties arise without breaking the layout.

What I’ll provide
A detailed list of every fixed field plus any formatting preferences.

3. Quick walkthrough (brief loom/video or short written steps) showing how to duplicate, edit, and export the checklist in the future
