Google Sheets to PDF Form Fill

I have a structured Google Sheet that contains all the text fields for my official PDF form. There are well over 10 text-only fields that must be copied precisely into each corresponding box of the form, so accuracy and consistency are critical.

You will receive:
• A view-only link to the Google Sheet holding the data
• The blank, editable PDF form (Acrobat-enabled)

Your task is to transfer every text value from the sheet into its matching field on the PDF, then return the completed form to me in PDF format. I am open to either a manual approach or an automated merge using tools such as Adobe Acrobat, PDFtk, or a short script—whichever guarantees clean formatting and zero data loss.

Please make sure:
• Every field matches the sheet exactly (spelling, line breaks, and capitalization)
• No extra characters or spacing appear in the boxes
• The final file is flattened or locked so the content cannot be edited accidentally

Turnaround is flexible for quality, but faster completion is a plus. When you reply, let me know whether you plan to fill manually or automate and how you will double-check for errors.
