Fix Word Forms into Fillable PDFs
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have four Word files, each about six pages, that need to become clean, fully functional fillable PDFs. I will send you the original Word documents so you can handle the entire conversion yourself instead of patching half-done files.
The forms rely mainly on check boxes and standard text fields. Acrobat’s automatic detection keeps skipping “No,” “N/A,” and a few other items, so every field has to be checked and any that were missed or mis-typed must be manually corrected—no shortcuts or partial fixes. When you are finished, I should be able to tab through each page, see every check box light up correctly, and type in every text box without alignment issues.

• Four separate, fillable PDF forms that mirror the original layout exactly
• All check boxes and text fields tested and working
• No unexplained font or spacing shifts
