Fix IngramSpark PDF Upload
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need an experienced IngramSpark technician to take my existing print-ready PDF and make whatever adjustments are necessary so it passes IngramSpark’s automated checks and finishes uploading without warnings or rejection.
The file is a straight PDF (no ePub component) and I’m not completely certain it has been pre-flighted to their exact trim, bleed, color-profile, and font-embedding specs, which is probably why the system keeps flagging it. I will send you the current PDF along with the trim size and any other specifications already set in my IngramSpark dashboard.
Your task is to:
• Audit the file against IngramSpark’s current print guidelines (ink density, fonts, image resolution, margins, barcode placement, etc.).
• Correct any issues (or clearly tell me if I need to revise source files).
• Return a compliant PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 that uploads successfully.
