Fix Fillable PDF Checkboxes

I have a three-page, fillable PDF that was built in Adobe Acrobat and is almost ready to go out to clients, but the checkboxes still look messy. Some are slightly larger than others, some sit a few pixels off the line, and the overall impression feels unpolished. I simply need every checkbox realigned and resized so they are perfectly even throughout the document—no redesign of their appearance is required, just consistent placement and dimensions.

Please keep all other fields, scripts, and form actions intact while you work. Once finished, send me back a clean, client-ready PDF (and, if you can, the updated Acrobat source so I can archive it).
