Fillable PDF Forms With Photo

I need several existing PDF forms rebuilt so my field sales reps can open them on a tablet, type directly into every field, and capture clean customer signatures on-site. The finished files have to look polished—company logo, crisp layout, no misaligned boxes—because they’ll be saved straight into our Acculynx CRM.

On one key form I would like the option for the rep to tap a camera icon, snap a few photos of the customer’s roof while walking around, and embed those images in place before the file is saved. If true in-form photo capture isn’t possible, please give me the next-best workflow (for example, a simple image-placeholder field that lets the rep attach shots afterward), but the core requirement remains: every form must be fully fillable and ready for tablet use.

For acceptance:
• Each PDF opens flawlessly in Adobe Acrobat Reader on iOS and Android tablets.
• All text, checkbox, dropdown, signature, and (where feasible) photo fields function without extra plug-ins.
• Final visuals match or improve the original design.

Send the completed, tested PDFs along with a brief note on any special instructions the reps will need to know.
