Fillable PDF Form Creation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have an existing form saved as a PDF and I need it turned into a fully interactive document that people can complete directly from their inbox. When a recipient opens the file, they should see clearly labelled text fields and check-boxes that behave exactly like any native form component—no printing or scanning required.
Once the user finishes, a simple Submit action must send the populated PDF back to me electronically (email return is fine; if you prefer an embedded “Submit” button that triggers their mail client, that works too).
Key points:
• PDF is the only format I’m working with, so please keep all functionality inside that file.
• Required inputs are limited to text fields and check-boxes; no dropdowns or free-form edits beyond that.
• The final document should open smoothly in common viewers such as Adobe Acrobat Reader and the built-in viewers on macOS and Windows without breaking any form logic.
