Excel & Word PDF Conversion

I have a collection of Excel workbooks and Word documents that I need converted into clean, share-ready PDFs. The critical point is that every chart and graph must appear exactly as it does in the originals—colours, axis labels, legends, and overall layout cannot shift. Outside of those visuals, I’m fine with minor tweaks if they help the final PDF look polished (for example, balancing a page break or adjusting a margin).

You’ll be working with standard Microsoft Office files and any reliable PDF toolset—Adobe Acrobat, PDF-XChange, or an equivalent—to generate:

• A separate PDF for each source file
• Charts and graphs reproduced pixel-perfect
• All pages in the correct order, with searchable text

Before wrapping up, I’d like a quick visual check: send over low-resolution proofs so I can confirm the charts render properly. Once approved, deliver the final, high-resolution PDFs along with a brief note on the process you used in case I need to replicate it later.
