Exact Locked PDF Edits find and replace

I have a 10–15-pages of PDF that is currently locked, yet I need both its text and embedded images adjusted while keeping the document’s look indistinguishable from the original. The copy must read exactly as revised, line breaks and spacing must stay put, and the fonts you choose should match the existing ones so closely that a casual reader can’t see any difference—even though I don’t have the original font files to supply.

On the imagery side, nothing new needs to be dropped in, but several figures and graphics require cleaning, colour tweaks, or slight cropping so the refreshed pages flow perfectly with the untouched ones. All visual edits have to maintain the same resolution and CMYK settings so the file remains print-ready.

Because the PDF is locked, I’m relying on your expertise with Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, or any other tool you trust to open, edit, and save the file without introducing artefacts. When you return the work, I’ll need:

• A fully editable, unlocked version of the PDF with every change applied
• The final print-ready PDF export for immediate use
