Enhance and Update Property Stocklist PDFs

I have about forty stock-list in a PDFs, that need a quick facelift.
there are about 40 properties and each property has an address, once you hover over the property on the stock list, and you click on a property , a brochure of the property will pop up, the opening page of each file I want the current logo removed and the new one Landis 1932 dropped in exactly the same spot. I already have the replacement logo prepared and will supply it to you as a PDF so you can retain crisp quality.

After the cover is fixed, the remaining pages about 4 of them simply require every instance of the words “Briner” and “sheridon” to be blanked out so they no longer appear anywhere in the brochure.

Nothing else in the layout, text or imagery should change.
then once the change has been made it needs to be put back into the stocklist with the changes made.
