Enhance Clarity of Scanned PDF

My original contract has been scanned and re-scanned so many times that the text is now blotchy and hard to read. I need every page cleaned up, sharpened, and made comfortably legible while preserving the exact layout, fonts, signatures, and pagination.

Scope
• Work only on the text; there are no images that need attention.
• Focus on readability rather than editability—I do not need the file converted to Word or made fully editable through OCR.
• Deliver a refreshed PDF that matches the original page-for-page, free of noise, skew, and gray shadows.
• Keep file size reasonable and ensure it opens flawlessly on common PDF viewers.

What will help you succeed
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, or similar restoration tools.
• A light touch when adjusting contrast so the document still looks professional, not overly processed.
• Ability to align and deskew pages, rebuild faint text strokes, and embed clean, matching fonts when necessary.

Deliverable
A single, print-ready PDF with all pages clearly readable and formatted exactly like the source. Please also include a brief summary of the steps you used so I can replicate minor fixes in the future.
