Editable PDF Timesheet & Invoice

I’m retiring our carbon-copy pads and need two branded, fillable PDFs that my team and I can open in Adobe Reader, complete on a phone, tablet, or desktop, then save or email straight to the office.

Timesheet template
• Company logo in the header
• Employee name & ID
• Date plus start/finish times and total hours worked (auto-sum preferred)
• Sections for Parts used, Parts pricing, Travel, Job description, Registration/Asset number, and Odometer reading

Invoice template
• Matching branding and layout
• Client details block
• Itemised list of services/products with line totals and a grand total (GST calculation optional but welcome)
• Clear payment-terms area

Both forms must be printer-friendly on A4, with editable fields left unlocked so I can tweak labels or rates later. Please hand over the final fillable PDFs plus any source files you build them in (InDesign, Acrobat, or similar) and brief instructions on adding or editing fields.
