Edit Text on Scanned Document

I have a personal document that was only saved as a scan, and I need the text inside it updated. Specifically, a few lines must be removed and several new details inserted while keeping the original layout, fonts, and overall look untouched. Once the edits are complete, I’ll need the file returned as a clean, print-ready PDF (and the layered source, if you use Photoshop, InDesign, or Acrobat Pro, would be appreciated for future adjustments).
