Edit Image-Based PDF Content

I have an image-based PDF that needs to look exactly the same after we are finished—except for the specific words and numbers I will ask you to update. All required edits are already mapped out in a spreadsheet, so you can work through them line by line without guesswork.

Because the file is a scan, you will first need to run reliable OCR (Adobe Acrobat Pro, ABBYY FineReader, or a comparable tool) or manually rebuild the layout in Illustrator/InDesign so that the typography and spacing remain indistinguishable from the original. Once the editable layer is in place, apply every change from the spreadsheet and deliver:

• A clean, final PDF with the updated text and figures
• The editable source file you worked in (so future tweaks are easy)

Accuracy is critical—fonts, alignment, and formatting must stay consistent with the scan while each change is implemented exactly as listed. Let me know your preferred toolchain and turnaround time, and I’ll send the PDF plus the change spreadsheet right away.
