Dynamic PDF Form Buttons

Job ID: 40277471

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

I already built a 12-page fillable intake form in Adobe Acrobat and now need a bit of JavaScript magic added. In eight separate sections of the file I want two small buttons dropped in:

• “Add More” – when clicked it should instantly duplicate or reveal an additional set of the existing text fields in that section so the client can keep typing without limits.
• “X” – a simple undo companion that removes the most recently added set of text fields, keeping the form tidy.

No conditional logic is required; the actions are straightforward add or delete. Each button pair will always work on text fields only, and nothing else in the document should be affected.

Deliverables I’d like from you:
1. The updated PDF with fully functioning buttons in all eight locations.
2. Source-level Acrobat JavaScript (or documented Acrobat macro technique) so I can tweak things later if the form changes.
3. A brief note explaining where the script lives and how to relink it should the form be reorganised.

If you’re comfortable scripting inside Acrobat and have done dynamic field cloning before, this should be a clean, contained task.
