I'm in need of a digital performance review template that I can use to evaluate my team. It should focus on a review of KPIs and our brand values, as well as identifying areas of developmental need.
The template should include the following sections:
- Team Member Name
- Review Period
- Reviewer/Manager Name
- Review Date
- KPIs: This should include ratings from both the team member and the reviewer, along with a free text comment section.
- Brand Values: Similar to the KPIs section, this should include both team member and reviewer ratings, as well as a free text section.
- Performance Review Scale: This should be pre-populated.
- Areas of Developmental Need: This should include a free text section for details.
