Custom Google Sheet for Scheduling and Project Management.

I am looking for a freelancer to improve my current custom Google Sheet workflow and design. Ideally we analyze what information I need out of the current solution and wrk on ways to improve and resdesign. The specific functionalities that I need in the Google Sheet are Production Crew Scheduling on a month/yearly view at the person level and Individual Project information. Both of which integrating contact information from a database. I already have an existing sheet that we can start with as well as a sheet in that document that acts as the database. Additionally, I will need ongoing support with the Google Sheet after it's built, including regular updates. Ideally new features as we think of them to make things easier, as well as new custom fields down the road.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and its various features
- Experience in data visualization and creating charts in Google Sheets
- Strong understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to provide ongoing support and make regular updates to the Google Sheet.
