Create 22-Page Fillable PDF

I have a 22-page Microsoft Word document that needs to be converted into a fully interactive, fillable PDF. The layout, fonts, and spacing must stay exactly as they appear in the original file, but each page will now contain form fields—some pages only require a couple, while others need quite a few.
Different formats are needed from section to section, so a one-size-fits-all approach to the fields won’t work. Most fields will be standard text inputs; the remainder should be checkboxes. No special validation or input rules are required—freedom for the user to type or tick is all that’s necessary.
Deliverables:
• One polished, fillable PDF mirroring the 22-page Word document
• Logical tab order across all active fields
• A quick preview to confirm formatting before final hand-off
