Create Fillable E-Sign Service PDFs

I have up to five service-agreement documents (either Word files or static PDFs) that need to be turned into professional, fill-ready PDFs. When a client receives one—by email or through a Dropbox link—they should be able to type only in the designated fields, add an electronic signature in seconds, and send the completed form straight back to me. All other content must stay locked.

Deliverables
• Convert each document into a secured, fillable PDF with clearly marked required fields.
• Build in an intuitive e-signature option that works on desktop, tablet, and phone—no special software or sign-up hoops for the client.
• Add concise on-form tips or tooltips so even first-time users understand what to do.
• Keep file sizes light enough for quick email transfer while remaining Dropbox-friendly.
• Provide the final tested PDFs plus a short owner guide that explains any settings I might want to tweak later.

I will supply the original service agreements as soon as we start. Please include examples of past fillable or e-sign PDFs you’ve created so I can gauge fit and quality.
