Create Fillable PDF Forms
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have between six and ten existing PDFs that need to be turned into fully interactive forms. Each document already has a finished layout; I simply need the right text fields, checkboxes, and dropdown menus overlaid so users can type, tick, or choose options without disturbing the original look. The form elements must blend seamlessly with the current design—fonts, colours and alignment should feel native to each page.
Here’s what I’m after: deliver back the same number of files, now fillable, compatible with Adobe Acrobat Reader and common browser viewers. All fields should tab in a logical order, allow data saving, and flag required responses where relevant. If a user prints the form, the filled data must appear exactly as it does on-screen.
I’m comfortable if you work in Adobe Acrobat Pro, InDesign, or a comparable PDF form tool, as long as the final files behave reliably on both Windows and macOS. Before sign-off I’ll spot-check every form; if any field is misaligned or styling looks off, I’ll send a quick note for adjustment.
