Correct & Recalculate PDF Invoice -- 2

I have an existing invoice in PDF form that needs a full refresh. I will send you the original Excel spreadsheet that was used to generate the PDF, so you can work directly from the source data.

Here is what I need done:
• Text corrections – a handful of product descriptions and billing details have changed.
• Price recalculations – totals, subtotals, VAT, and any linked formulas must be updated so the figures are accurate throughout.
• Layout adjustments – small alignment issues crept in during export; spacing, column widths, and logo placement should look clean and professional in the final PDF.

Once the edits are complete in Excel, export a crisp, flattened PDF that matches the updated spreadsheet exactly.

Deliverables
1. Updated Excel file with correct formulas and content.
2. Final, print-ready PDF invoice reflecting all changes.

I work with Adobe Acrobat, so if you use comments or mark-ups during the review phase, they will display correctly on my end. Accuracy is vital; please double-check every calculation before sending.
