I have a batch of PDF files that need to be turned into clean, well-formatted data. Your task is straightforward: open each PDF, copy the specified fields, and paste them into the template I’ll share (a simple spreadsheet). Accuracy matters more than speed—every character must match the original, including punctuation, numbers, and capitalization.

You may use any workflow you prefer—Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY, or a manual approach—as long as the final spreadsheet mirrors the PDFs exactly and arrives free of stray line breaks or merged cells. I’ll start by sending a small sample so we can confirm the format; once that’s approved, you’ll receive the remaining files in batches.
