I have a customer-supplied Word document that needs to be delivered as a press-ready PDF with all colour removed. Please take their original .docx, convert every element—text, graphics, charts, anything embedded—to clean grayscale and export it as a high-quality PDF. The layout and typography should remain exactly as in the source; I don’t want any unintended shifts, reflows, or margin changes.
