Convert PDF Reports to Spreadsheets

I need several company business reports that are currently locked in PDF turned into two clean, editable outputs. First, each report has to be re-created in Word so the layout, headings, tables, and pagination mirror the original. Second, the key numerical and textual fields from those same reports must be captured line-for-line in a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets, whichever you prefer).

I’ve tried quick OCR tools before and the results were messy, so accuracy is critical—no broken columns, missing decimals, or shuffled wording. Feel free to use Adobe Acrobat, Able2Extract, or your own preferred converter for the initial pass, but please plan on manually proofreading every page.

Deliverables
• A separate .docx file for each source PDF, formatted to match.
• One master .xlsx (or shared Google Sheet) containing all extracted data, ready for filters and formulas.
