Convert PDF Client Report to Word

I need a designer to help convert a designed report page that is currently just images into a usable Microsoft Word template. The Word template must maintain the exact same design as the images, o r as close as possible.

Requirements:
- Editable elements: Text, images, tables, charts
- Maintain exact PDF design
- Compatible with Microsoft Word 2016 or earlier

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word
- Strong attention to detail and design fidelity
- Experience with PDF to Word conversions
