Convert 15 Forms to Fillable PDFs

I have roughly fifteen internal forms—some in Word, others in Excel—that must end up as professional, fully-fillable PDFs. A few documents are already laid out well enough to be “Save-As” ready; the remainder first need to be rebuilt so the finished PDF looks identical to the original page down to line spacing, fonts, and logo placement.

Every visible blank, checkbox, date line, or signature area must be converted into an active PDF form field so users can type, select, tab through, and save their entries in Adobe Acrobat Reader without issues. Tab order, field naming, and default font consistency are important to me for smooth end-user experience.
