Consistent PDF Formatting Needed

I have a collection of PDFs that came together from many different sources and, as a result, the typography is all over the place. All I need is a clean, unified look: every line of body text in Times New Roman at 12 pt. Nothing else about the layout has to change—just the typeface and size so each document feels as though it was produced in one sitting.

You are free to use Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Foxit, or any other professional-grade PDF editor, as long as the final files:

• contain no residual or substituted fonts
• display Times New Roman 12 pt consistently across every page
• remain in the original page order and keep existing margins, headers, footers, and graphics intact

Once the overhaul is complete, send back the polished PDFs along with a quick note confirming that fonts are properly embedded. I’ll review one file for sign-off before you batch-process the rest.
