Consistent PDF Formatting Cleanup

I have a batch of text-only PDFs that look as if they were stitched together from different templates. Line spacing jumps around, indents drift, and the page margins never match from one file to the next. The content itself is approved, so what I need now is a meticulous cleanup that turns every file into a polished, fully editable document.

Here’s what matters most to me:
• Every page must share identical margins and left/right alignment.
• Paragraphs, headings, and body text should flow smoothly—no random breaks or wrapped words.
• The final files must be delivered in both clean PDF and an editable format (DOCX or equivalent) so my team can make future revisions easily.

You may use Adobe Acrobat, Word, InDesign, or any other tool you prefer, as long as the finished documents open flawlessly and maintain the standardized layout. I’ll provide all PDFs in a shared folder and can answer style-related questions quickly so the project keeps moving.

Before sign-off I’ll spot-check several pages from each document; if the margins align and no stray formatting remains, we’re done.
