Comprehensive PDF Editing Needed

I have a short PDF—under ten pages—that needs a full refresh. The source file is already laid out, but several elements must be updated:

• Text updates: replace outdated copy, correct minor typos, and adjust a few headings.
• Image swaps: insert new high-resolution graphics in place of the current placeholders without upsetting the layout or file size balance.
• Form adjustments: revise existing interactive fields so the document stays fully fillable and works smoothly in Adobe Acrobat and common browser viewers.

When the edits are complete, I’ll need the updated, optimized PDF plus an editable working file (InDesign, Illustrator, or similar) so future tweaks are straightforward. Accuracy is essential—fonts, margins, links, and form behavior should remain intact.
