Comprehensive PDF Content Revisions

I have a finished PDF that now needs a round of updates before it can be shared externally. Specifically, I want the existing text refined, some images swapped or adjusted for higher clarity, and a few pages either inserted or removed to tighten the flow. Once those edits are complete, I’d like the final file exported to an editable Word document (.docx) while keeping fonts, styling, and overall layout intact.
