Compile & Paginate Spiral-Bound Manual

The material for my small manual is already written and split into five separate sections; now I need it professionally laid out as one cohesive, portrait-oriented document with spiral binding in mind.

Here is what I’m after:

• Layout: Please leave extra space on the left margin so the finished booklet can be spiral-bound without eating into the text.
• Pagination: Continuous page numbers must run through the whole manual, but skip each section’s cover page.
• Table of Contents: Generate or update a TOC that pulls those page numbers accurately.
• Content mix: It is mostly text, but a few small head-shot images (the kind you see in email signatures) sit beside names. Make sure they’re placed cleanly and don’t shift when exported.

When everything looks right, supply the final files in two formats: an editable DOC (Word) and a press-ready PDF.
