Color-Code Office Desk Maps

I have twelve floor-plan PDFs that show every workstation in the building. I need each file reviewed, every desk counted, and the map divided into visual sections of roughly 100 desks apiece. Once the groupings are set, apply a distinct outline color to each section so it’s obvious where one block ends and the next begins. Exact counts aren’t required—an approximate target of one hundred desks per color block is fine.

Feel free to choose any palette as long as neighboring sections are clearly distinguishable. When you’re done, return the updated PDFs plus a simple spreadsheet that lists, for every color on every floor, the desk total you arrived at. Accuracy in counting and a clean, professional look on the final visuals are the key success measures.

Acrobat, Bluebeam, Illustrator or any vector-friendly PDF tool will work as long as the original scale and legends stay intact. A prompt turnaround is appreciated; just include your realistic timeline in the bid.
